As a founding member, VKCons actively supports CAS’s mission to represent and connect professionals involved in testing, inspection, certification, standardization, accreditation, and related regulatory activities. This role goes beyond affiliation; it demonstrates VKCons’ contribution to thought leadership, professional dialogue, and the development of best practices aligned with international standards and accreditation frameworks.

Through its involvement with CAS, VKCons remains closely engaged with emerging trends, technical developments, and policy discussions affecting conformity assessment worldwide. This connection enhances VKCons’ ability to deliver well-informed, future-oriented consulting and training services, grounded in real-world practice and aligned with the evolving expectations of regulators, accreditation bodies, and the market.

VKCons’ founding role in CAS underscores its commitment to ethical conduct, independence, competence, and continuous improvement, values that are embedded in all VKCons consulting, auditing, and training activities.

 VKCons LLC operates and administers the Secretariat of the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC), supporting the effective coordination, governance, and day-to-day functioning of this international association.

In this role, VKCons provides organizational, technical, and administrative support to IPC activities, including the management of committee work, coordination of member bodies, support to certification scheme development, and facilitation of international cooperation in personnel certification.

Through the operation of the IPC Secretariat, VKCons is closely engaged with ISO/IEC 17024–based personnel certification practices, emerging competence frameworks, and global recognition mechanisms. This involvement enables VKCons to maintain direct insight into best practices, policy developments, and market expectations related to professional certification.

VKCons performs this role with strict adherence to impartiality, confidentiality, and transparency, ensuring a clear separation between consulting activities and certification decisions. Operating the IPC Secretariat further reinforces VKCons’ position as a trusted contributor to the global conformity assessment infrastructure.
